At TONDA, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused furniture and decor items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made pieces and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
