Most in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard delivery for smaller decor takes 5-7 days, while larger furniture pieces via our specialized white-glove service may take 2-3 weeks.

Do you offer international shipping for TONDA products?

Currently, we ship to all 50 states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping soon. Please sign up for our newsletter for global launch updates.

What is your return policy for home goods?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable. A restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can also log in to your TONDA account to view real-time updates on your delivery status.
